Parity: 

All listed Rates in this site are given according to the par of exchange of 19^th June 2007 as follows:

• 1 CNY = 0,0977816 EURO
• 1 USD = 0,7447640 EURO

and is subject to change without prior notice.

Payments: 

For any Olympic Package reservation to be effective the following prepayments must take place:

• 30% of the total cost of the selected Olympic Package must be paid in advance upon confirmation,
• Another 30% of the total cost must be paid before 31^st Oct. 2007,
• Another 20% of the total cost must be paid before 31^st Dec. 2007,
• The remaining amount (20% of the total cost of the selected Olympic Package) must be paid before 31^st Jan. 2008 at the latest.

 Cancellation policy:

• After a reservation has been made, the booking cannot be cancelled.
• All payments made before the date of cancellation are non refundable.
• The client can assign his/her reservation to someone else. He/she must inform us about his/her decision immediately and the person who takes over the booking is considered responsible for the outstanding payment.
• Final date of name changes is acceptable 30 days before the date of client’s arrival.

Note:
The terms of the Payment and Cancellation policies may change depending on our suppliers requirements. However if such changes are necessary we will inform you at the stage of confirmation of availability of your requested accommodation.
